Specialty Engineering was formed in 1993 to service the Test, Adjust, Balance (TAB) and Commissioning needs of public and private entities as an independent and impartial provider. We support new and renovated commercial, institutional, and industrial process systems; Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC ) systems; controls of many types, process, energy management, SCADA, and Electrical Power systems. Specialty Engineering is NEBB certified in building commissioning, air and hydronic balancing, sound and vibration testing and maintains a licensed professional engineer on staff.
